Shipping Methods Within Australia
Delivery within Australia is via AusPost eParcel
All orders will be shipped with tracking You will be notified of the tracking number after the parcel has been processed and dispatched. Additional charges may apply if insurance is requested for Australia Post parcels.
The parcel will be delivered to the shipping address entered at checkout and not the address that is entered at PayPal. A signature may be required at the time of receipt. Signature#- Please sign receipt of goods in good order only when you are satisfied with the condition of the product. Please verify the conditions of the contents inside in the presence of delivery personnel before signing receipt. Otherwise sign with "subject to inspection."
Please note that the parcel will be returned to your nearest Australia Post office for your pick-up if no one is present at the time of delivery, or if you provide an incorrect delivery address. Please contact the corresponding Post Office or Advent Games if you have not received your parcel. Failure to pick up your parcel within 10 days may result in your parcel being returned to Advent Games. In such cases, Australia Post charge a $13 Return to Sender fee which will be charged along with a second shipping fee to resend the item.
Alternatively, a refund will exclude our full calculated shipping charge, the $13 Return to Sender fee, and a 5% restocking fee.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within one (1) to three (3) business days, or three (3) to five (5) if any item needs to come from a supplier. *Delivery to some Non-Metro areas may take four (4) to eight / ten (8/10) business days.
Dates and times for delivery are provided in good faith by Australia Post and our couriers, though are not guaranteed
Local pick up
Your games ordered with pickup are available for collection at the Northside Gamers Group, "The Chatswood Club" 11 Help St, Chastwood, NSW on Tuesday - 6.30pm to 9pm. We will confirm with you prior to the day via email. NSG is my local gaming group full of excellent people... if you're looking for a local gaming club, why not come along? We usually get between 20 and 40 people and are all very friendly. :)

AusPost Parcel Lockers
Did AusPost leave a pickup notice and you can't get to the Post Office during business hours to pick it up? You might consider using the AusPost 24 Hour FREE Parcel Locker Service. http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/parcel-lockers.html Extremely useful for when you're unable to collect postage at a regular time. Allows you access to local lockers to pick up any time of the day or night!
